Auctions

Units will be open to the public for viewing, from outside of the unit, 10 minutes before auction begins. This is a cash-only transaction. A $100 deposit will be required from the buyer to ensure all contents are removed and the unit is swept clean. Upon inspection, the deposit will be returned. We reserve the right to cancel any auctions due to the collection of charges from the original tenant. Owner reserves the right to bid, refuse bid or cease sale.
